Tips for unpacking your plants
We want your plants to reach you in the best possible condition! Here's what to expect:
Shipping Notification: You’ll receive an email when your plants leave the nursery. Keep an eye out for it!
Delivery Instructions: If you’re not home to receive the delivery, make sure to leave instructions for the courier to leave your plants in a cool, shady spot. This will stop them overheating.
In Case of Delays: Most plants can remain healthy in their boxes for up to two weeks, as long as they’ve been handled with care. Plants in soil will retain moisture and survive well, while oxygenators and floating plants are more sensitive and may need quicker attention.
Any problems? Let Us Know: If there’s any issue with your plants, take clear photos of the problem and email us right away. We’re here to help!
