What does "Pre-Order" mean and when will my plants arrive?

Pre-ordering lets you reserve pond plants before they’re fully ready to ship - ideal for planning ahead and securing seasonal favourites.

We grow all our plants in the UK, and dispatch them only when strong enough to travel. If you’ve ordered multiple plants, everything will be sent together in one delivery once all items are ready.

Need some plants sooner? Just email us with your order number - we’re happy to split deliveries for an extra postage charge or help swap items if needed.
