Royal Mail - Orders Under 1.8kg are sent Royal Mail First Class (untracked). They are sent on the day you receive your dispatch email and we expect them to arrive within 24-48 hours.
APC - Orders over 1.8kgs are sent by APC.

Delivery Timescales

Orders are dispatched once a week on a Tuesday.
Orders received by 6am on Monday will be dispatched that same week expect those which include Pre-Order plants. Then the entire order will be held until all items are ready for dispatch. Please check individual products for estimated dispatch dates.

We aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. During the high season, we dispatch on a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, unless there is a bank holiday on a Monday or Friday.

Orders received by 6am on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday will be dispatched and delivered by Friday that same week, if the plants are available for dispatch.
Orders received on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be sent the following week if the plants are available for dispatch.
Due to the variable nature of plants we individually select the best plants at the time of shipping to ensure you get the best of the bunch.
If you will not be there to accept the delivery, please leave a note asking for the delivery to be left in a cool, shaded place to ensure the plants don't dry out.
Below are some pictures showing you how our plants are packed. In the unlikely event that your plants arrive damaged, please ensure you take some photographs of the packaging and plants and email them to us, we will arrange a redelivery ASAP.
