We take great care with your delivery to ensure your plants arrive in top condition.
Our standard shipping is £5 with orders over £60 being sent FREE * to you.
* Delivery to Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight/Man/Scilly - £10 standard shipping and FREE for orders over £100.
30ltr plants weight approximately 50kgs and will be delivered via a pallet delivery network, due to their weight. There will be a surcharge for these deliveries which will be calculated at checkout. These prices are for 1 x 30ltr plant, if you are ordering 2 or more, please contact us.
We use a variety of couriers to ensure your plants arrive in the best possible condition:
- Orders Under 1kg are sent Royal Mail First Class
- All other orders are sent by APC. You will receive a tracking number once orders have been dispatched from the nursery. Please make sure you supply your mobile number at checkout to receive these updates.
October to February - Orders are dispatched once a week on a Tuesday.
March - Orders are dispatched twice weekly on a Monday and Wednesday.
April to July - We aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. During the high season, we dispatch on a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday (but please allow 2-4 working days before contacting us).
August to September - Orders are dispatched twice weekly on a Monday and Wednesday.
Orders received by 9am on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday will be dispatched and delivered by Friday that same week, if the plants are available for dispatch.
Orders received on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be sent the following week if the plants are available for dispatch.
Due to the variable nature of plants we individually select the best plants at the time of shipping to ensure you get the best of the bunch.
If you will not be there to accept the delivery, please leave a note asking for the delivery to be left in a cool, shaded place to ensure the plants don't dry out.
Below are some pictures showing you how our plants are packed. In the unlikely event that your plants arrive damaged, please ensure you take some photographs of the packaging and plants and email them to us, we will arrange a redelivery ASAP.
