Based on the original water tank still used today in London, this water tank is crafted to resemble the original James II tank dating back to the 1690s. The fountain back plate is optional but a great addition.
Tough and versatile the fibreglass resin mix is lightweight, non-corrosive and impervious to all weather conditions including frost.
Recommended Planting:
This size is perfect for small spreading waterlilies and deep water plants, you could also add some Irises for height into the centre.
This tank would accommodate some floating plants too. Marginal plants could be placed in here if they are elevated within the tank to the right depths.
If purchasing the fountain back plate, marginal plants are more suited as waterlilies do not like moving or splashing water.
