Delivery Information

Below is information regarding dispatch and delivery.

For Plant Orders please see the top section, Container Pond information is further down the page.

PLANT ORDERS

- Shipping Days

Current Season - Low Season (1 October to 4 March)

Dispatch Days - Orders are dispatched once a week on a Tuesday

- Unpacking your Plants

When your plants arrive unpack them carefully, many have delicate stems which can be damaged if stuck to damp bags.  Carefully open the top of the bag and ease any stems and leaves off the plastic bag.

Place them in your pond as soon as you can.  If you are not able to do this then place them in the shade, put some pond water in the bag to keep them damp, leave the top of the bag open.

All plants will have labels with depth instructions on them.  The depth measurement is taken from the top of pot to waters surface.

Please remember to place waterlilies at a depth where their current leaves are floating on the surface and lower them slowly as they grow.

- Unpacking your Snails and Mussels

These will arrive wrapped in damp paper, peel off the paper, fill the container with pond water and let them acclimatise for 30minutes before putting them in the pond.  Make sure you pop the lid of the pot back on for the snails, so they don't climb out!

Unfortunately any that float to the surface have died, if this happens, please take photos and email us with your order number which will begin PFP.

- Pre-Orders

Orders containing items on pre-order will be dispatched once all the items in your order are ready for shipping, for most items this will be April/May 2022.

If you would like some items sooner, then we recommend placing two separate orders.
