WHEN YOUR PLANTS ARRIVE

Unpack them carefully, many have delicate stems which can be damaged if stuck to the damp bags.

Place them in your pond as soon as you can.

All plants will have labels with depth instructions on them.  Please remember to place waterlilies at a depth where their current leaves are floating on the surface and lower them slowly as they grow.

IMPORTANT

IF YOUR BOX OR PLANT IS DAMAGED PLEASE TAKE PHOTOS OF THE BOX, PACKAGING AND PLANT AND EMAIL THEM TO US WITH YOUR ORDER NUMBER.
